People are at the heart of every project.
We create social spaces designed to work for many different users. Visitors, researchers, volunteers, schools, curators, community groups and many more.
Projects will have been developed to meet a need. To mark an anniversary, share new research, reach a new visitor group or meet a conservation imperative but they should also challenge expectations and create new pathways for skill sharing and knowledge exchange.
We believe rigorous testing of the brief and reviewing the expectations of a project can open new opportunities and help with the long-term sustainability of a project.
This approach involves working closely with activity planners, client teams and community groups to ensure projects not only meet an identified need but also open up the full potential of a project.
This will include looking at the opportunities for co-production and co-design. Identifying skills , training and equipment which can be embedded into the project to build extended engagement and participation in the project.
