HKD works collaboratively with its clients and
their partners.

HKD enjoys sharing skills, knowledge and
expertise in creating places of social interaction
and authentic experience. Such places have
included science centres, museums, travelling
exhibitions, art galleries and libraries.

From working with stakeholders and access
consultants at the master planning stages,
through to working with curators and historians
in developing specific exhibits, we offer a range
of skills in museum design and planning.

Our work also includes facilitating community
workshops and participation groups, pre and
post visit experiences, learning and educational
resources and outreach work.

As well as designing and building the spaces,
we’re able to work creatively and innovatively
within existing buildings and with existing
collections, using the latest technologies to
transform exhibits into objects which provoke
debate and spark inspiration.
